Based upon the monthly theme, you will identify the patterns, pressures, and priorities shaping how you’re currently operating—and make commitments for what you will shift during the month.

Real situations, beliefs, and behaviors in live coaching conversations. Real-time learning from share dialogue. Several members participate in spotlight coaching conversations while the room listens, learns, and then, engages.
📌 Week 3 — Skills & Strategy Lab (On-Demand Podcast) → Do it differently. 
A short on-demand teaching that helps you integrate what surfaced in coaching into your unique perspective, approach, language, and actions—so that your behavior begins to reflect what you now understand.

Reinforce what you’ve changed, assess your progress, and align your next steps—so your growth holds beyond the moment and continues with consistency.
