You will understand how to engage, participate, and apply the work inside Collective EDGE™—so you can integrate quickly and begin navigating and engaging with clarity and confidence.
📌 Week 1 — EDGE Clarity Lab  → See it clearly. 
You will identify the patterns, pressures, and priorities shaping how you’re currently operating—so you can make clear, intentional commitments for what you will shift this month.
📌 Week 2Live Coaching Session → Interrupt it in real time.
You will work through real situations, beliefs, and behaviors in live coaching conversations—so you can see your patterns as they happen and begin shifting how you respond in the moment.  During live sessions, several members participate in spotlight coaching conversations, bringing real situations into focused coaching while the room listens, learns, and then, engages.
📌 Week 3 — Skills & Strategy Lab (On-Demand Podcast) → Do it differently. 
You will integrate prior coaching session insights and resources into your unique practical approach, language, and actions that you can apply immediately—so your behavior begins to reflect what you now understand.
📌 Week 4 — Live Coaching Session → Stabilize the shift.
You will reinforce what you’ve changed, assess your progress, and align your next steps—so your growth holds beyond the moment and continues with consistency.
