Do I need to already hold a formal leadership title?
No. Leadership EDGE Intensive™ is designed for professionals whose roles require clear thinking, sound judgment, and increasing influence — whether or not they hold a formal leadership title. Many participants are responsible for complex decisions, stakeholder relationships, or cross-functional influence. Others are preparing to step into broader leadership responsibilities. What matters most is that how you think, decide, and lead now has meaningful impact on others.
How is this different from Leadership EDGE Immersion™?.
The difference is structure. Leadership EDGE Immersion™ is a fully private coaching engagement designed for deeper individual development. Leadership EDGE Intensive™ offers a structured blended experience, combining private coaching with collective leadership development. Both experiences are grounded in the Leadership Circle Profile® 360 and focused on translating leadership insight into meaningful behavioral change.
How is this different from Collective EDGE™?
Leadership EDGE Intensive™ is a structured leadership development experience with a defined beginning, progression, and completion. Collective EDGE™ is an ongoing professional development community designed for continued growth, dialogue, and refinement. Many professionals complete Leadership EDGE Intensive™ and later continue their development inside Collective EDGE™ where they can sustain momentum and deepen leadership practice over time.
