Collective EDGE™ operates as a structured ongoing professional development community for women who want to continue to increase their personal and professional agency.  Every quarter, a cohort of women begin together, building trust, connection and shared rhythm during their first 90 days while integrating into the larger community.  Inside Collective EDGE™, we coach, facilitate, and practice new ways of thinking, communicating, and operating — because different moments require different approaches.

📌 Week 1 — EDGE Clarity Lab.  A guided working session exploring patterns, challenges, and dynamics professional women often encounter as responsibilities expandWeek 1 serves as a focused reset, based on the monthly coaching theme, and invites members to assess current priorities and behavioral patterns and to identify what they are committing to act on this month.
📌 Week 2Live Coaching Session. Real-time individual and collective coaching and facilitation tools relating to actual situations, experiences, beliefs, and behaviors.   During live sessions, several members participate in spotlight coaching conversations, bringing real situations into focused coaching while the room listens, learns, and engages in shared professional dialogue.
📌 Week 3 — Skills & Strategy Lab (On-Demand Podcast).  A focused podcast offering a synopsis of and perspective on the prior coaching session discussion and posted reflections as well as resources to support and reinforce growth and professional development.
📌 Week 3 — New Member Onboarding Session. During their first 90 days, each onboarding cohort participates in three structured onboarding sessions designed to support connection and confident integration into the community.
📌 Week 4 — Live Coaching Session.  Close the month by participating in spotlight coaching conversations, assessing individual  progress with Week 1commitments/goals, and alignment coaching for next steps with clarity, confidence and consistency.
