• Share materials outside of the program
• Use any content for your own coaching or training work
• Use any content commercial purposes without written permission

Limited personal use for your own development is permitted.

3. Nature of Services (Coaching & Leadership Development)
Coaching Edge LLC provides coaching, leadership development, group coaching, educational programs, and professional development experiences.

All content and services provided through this Site are for educational, coaching, and informational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Medical or mental health advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Therapy or counseling

Participation in coaching programs, communities, or leadership development experiences does not establish a therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. 4. Leadership Assessments & Tools
Some programs include leadership assessments (such as 360° leadership profiles) and related debriefs.
You acknowledge that:

• assessments are developmental tools, not evaluations or diagnoses
• results are intended for self-awareness and leadership growth
• interpretation is subjective and context-dependent

Coaching Edge LLC is not responsible for how assessment insights are applied outside the program context.

5. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, promotions, leadership roles, financial results, or professional advancement. Results vary based on many factors, including participation, readiness, personal effort, experience, and external circumstances. 

6. Payments, Programs & Access
All purchases, program fees, payment options, and access terms are disclosed at the time of enrollment or sale.

Unless otherwise stated:

• all payments are non-refundable
• payment plans are binding once selected
• access is granted for the duration specified for each program

Failure to complete a program does not entitle you to a refund.  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any program, offering, or feature at any time.

7. Community Conduct & Participation Standards
Participation in any community, group coaching, or cohort space requires professional, respectful, and ethical conduct. You agree to:

• engage respectfully with facilitators and participants
• maintain confidentiality of shared experiences
• refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any participant from a program or community without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the integrity of the program.

8. Confidentiality
We abide by the Association of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation Codes of Ethics. We respect the confidentiality of participants and expect the same in return. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

• group coaching involves interaction with other participants
• discussions may include professional, leadership, or personal experiences
• learning occurs through shared dialogue and observation
• we cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants.

You agree not to:

• share, record, or distribute group discussions
• disclose proprietary materials or private participant information
• use content from sessions for commercial or public purposes

This includes live sessions, recordings, private podcasts, written materials, and community discussions.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching Edge LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in any coaching programs, cohorts or services. Participation is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coaching Edge LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
