What's included:

➜ Pre-Debrief Orientation (60 minutes)
You will be guided through both the Leadership Circle Profile® assessment process, including feedback participant selection to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded perspectives, and expectations for the engagement.

➜ LCP 360 Assessment
You will receive a schedule to obtain multi-rater feedback and complete your own assessment. All multi-rater feedback is anonymized in the assessment results.

➜ LCP Debrief (90 minutes)
A structured session to review your assessment results, interpret the data, and identify and explore the leadership patterns, strengths, and reactive tendencies revealed, as well as other key insights and implications for your leadership

Leadership Development Planning & Integration
Following the debrief, development planning begins and continues throughout the engagement as insights are translated into deliberate shifts in leadership behavior.

Eight Bi-weekly Private Coaching Sessions (90 minutes each)
Focused coaching conversations applying insights to real leadership situations, decisions, relationships, and responsibilities. Coaching sessions are designed to deepen leadership judgment, expand perspective, and strengthen influence.
