How is this different from Collective EDGE™?
Leadership EDGE Intensive™ is a structured 14-week time-bound leadership development experience that combines 1:1 coaching and development within group sessions. 
Collective EDGE™ is an ongoing coaching and development community designed for continued refinement, peer support, and sustained alignment in how you live, lead and work. Many professionals complete Leadership EDGE Intensive™ and later continue their development inside Collective EDGE™ where they can sustain momentum and deepen development over time.

What the 14-Week Leadership EDGE Intensive™ Includes

➜ Pre-Debrief Orientation (60 minutes)
You will be guided through both the Leadership Circle Profile® assessment process, including feedback participant selection to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded perspectives, and expectations for the engagement.

➜ Leadership Circle Profile® 360 Assessment

You will receive a schedule to obtain multi-rater feedback and complete your own assessment. All multi-rater feedback is anonymized in the assessment results.

➜ Leadership Circle Profile® Debrief (90 minutes)
A structured session to review your assessment results, interpret the data, and identify and explore the leadership patterns, strengths, and reactive tendencies revealed, as well as other key insights and implications for your leadership

Leadership Development Planning & Integration
Development of your personal leadership development plan, with ongoing integration and refinement throughout the coaching experience.

Four Private Integration Coaching Sessions
Focused coaching conversations translating insight into real leadership situations, decisions, and relationships.

Six Collective Leadership Development Sessions
Small-group coaching sessions designed to deepen leadership judgment, expand perspective, and strengthen influence.

EDGE  Resource Library
