Guidance through both the Leadership Circle Profile® assessment process, including feedback participant selection to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded perspectives, and expectations for the engagement.
➜ Leadership Circle Profile® 360 Assessment
A schedule to obtain multi-rater feedback and complete their individual assessment. All multi-rater feedback is anonymized in the assessment results.
➜ Leadership Circle Profile® Debrief (90 minutes)
A structured session to review assessment results, interpret the data, and identify and explore the leadership patterns, strengths, and reactive tendencies revealed, as well as other key insights and implications for their leadership
➜ Leadership Development Planning & Integration
Development of their personal leadership development plan, with ongoing integration and refinement throughout the coaching experience.
