I'm not sure if this is for you, but most women who land here are ready to stop navigating on autopilot and with repeated patterns of — hesitation, accommodation, inconsistency, and carrying everything alone.  They already know that something needs to change. If this is you, Collective EDGE™ provides structure, coaching, accountability, and community to support real-time action.

This is not a space for reflection or
clarity-building. This is where intention becomes action.

Collective EDGE™ is where you stop adjusting to what is and start living with intention.

Collective EDGE™ is an ongoing community with quarterly onboarding cohorts. Every three months, a small cohort of  8-14 women begins together, building trust and shared rhythm during their first 90 days while integrating into the larger community. The weekly rhythm evolves a monthly focus that supports momentum, not overwhelm.

✨ Week 1 — Direction Setting (On-Demand Video and Podcast). Clarify what you are committing to act on this month.
Week 1 — New Member Circle. During their first 90 days, each onboarding cohort participates in three New Member Circle sessions designed to support connection and confident integration into the community.
✨ Week 2 Live Coaching Session. Real-time coaching focused on follow-through, resistance, and decision-making.
Week 3 — Application & Support (On-Demand Podcast). Detailed synopsis and reflection of prior coaching session as well as practical tools for integration in order to stay in motion when life intervenes.
Week 4 — Live Coaching & Accountability. Work through obstacles, receive support, and reinforce momentum before the month closes.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need to be willing to move — imperfectly, intentionally, and with support.

Make decisions you’ve been avoiding — Practice setting boundaries and holding them — Take steps you’ve been postponing — Stay in motion when old patterns try to pull you back

A Monthly Focus Designed to Support Moving Forward, not Just Thinking Differently

Themes are designed to support action, decision-making, and momentum in both work and life. Examples include:

Letting go of what no longer fits - Moving out of accommodation and into clear choices - Acting on postponed decisions - Navigating transitions without stalling or overthinking - Replacing survival patterns with intentional action

➝ Follow-through instead of hesitation

➝ Boundaries that hold under pressure

➝ Decisions made and acted on, not recycled

➝ Confidence rooted in action, not overthinking

➝ Momentum that carries into work and life

➝ A community that lifts you, grounds you, and keeps you accountable

This is where intentional living stops being an idea — and becomes how you operate.

What if I already know what I need to do — I’m just not doing it yet?
That’s exactly who Collective EDGE™ is for. This space is designed to help you move from knowing to doing — especially when hesitation, discomfort, or real life keeps getting in the way. You don’t join because you lack insight. You join because you want support following through.

I’m already busy… will this add more to my plate?
No. Collective EDGE™ is designed to support movement, not add tasks. Most women experience relief because they stop carrying decisions, second-guessing, and unresolved tension on their own. This helps you act more decisively — which often reduces mental load.

Can I join anytime?
Collective EDGE™ welcomes new members through quarterly onboarding cohorts. Enrollment opens at designated start dates so every woman begins with a small supportive circle before joining the larger community.

How is this different from other coaching or group programs I’ve done?
Collective EDGE™ is not content-heavy and not passive. It’s a practice space focused on real-time follow-through — working through decisions, boundaries, and actions as they arise, with coaching and support. The emphasis is on movement, not consumption.

What if I start strong but struggle to stay consistent?
Consistency is built here — not expected upfront. Collective EDGE™ provides structure, accountability, and real-time support so momentum doesn’t fade once resistance or fatigue shows up. You’re not doing this alone.

What if I can’t attend every session?
This is built for real schedules. Whether you have to miss a session or you're commuting or walking, your private podcast delivers on-the-go access to your replay library. You can stay engaged even if you miss a session. The goal isn’t perfect attendance. It's sustained forward movement.

Is this leadership training?
No. Collective EDGE™ is not leadership training or executive development. It focuses on how you live and operate — making intentional choices, holding boundaries, and following through. Leadership-focused work lives in Pro and Builder.

How do I know if I belong here or in Pro?
If your primary challenge is following through in your own life and work, you belong in Collective EDGE™.
If your challenge is carrying authority, influencing others, or leading at scale, that’s Pro.
